Description
This 30×100 commercial boat storage building comes with a vertical roof and horizontal walls. The large commercial size 16’x14′ hurricane rated roll-up door on the front provides ample room for transporting boats in and out of the building. The 12’x41′ lean-to on the right side provides excellent shade coverage over top of the 12’x’9′ roll-up door. Three walk doors were strategically placed for easy access into the interior. The front gable overhang is left open and protects the boats from the harsh Florida sun. Eversafe offers free delivery and installation on your concrete pad. In most areas, we can refer concrete service providers for the installation of your concrete pad to help streamline the building project. For areas that require specific wind load ratings, we can issue your stamped certified engineered drawings upon request.
