Every building in Florida is designed for 150 MPH winds which is beyond the requirements in St. Johns County. We can also design your building for 170 MPH winds. We also offer engineer stamped drawings that you can submit to your building department to obtain your building permit.

If you’re looking to customize your Eversafe Metal Garage in Ocala FL it’s easy. All of the buildings we deliver and install in Florida are custom built with the options that best suit your needs. You get a choice of building width, building length, and building wall height. You also get a choice of a variety of colors for the metal roof, walls and the trim. The trim includes the metal around the eaves of the building, the edges of the building and around the garage doors, walk doors and windows. We have dozens of standard sizes to choose from, or we can custom design your building based on your own plans.
Depending on the type of foundation on which you choose to build your garage, you can choose either mobile home anchors or concrete anchors. Garage doors, Walk-in doors and windows can be added to any of our steel garages. The steel framing on the buildings is galvanized 14 gauge with thicker 12 gauge tube framing available with a 20 year rust through warranty.
A 150 MPH wind rating is standard with all of our Florida Metal Buildings with an optional 170 MPH wind rating available on our steel garages. With these options you can get greater protection from extreme Florida weather conditions.
